CBC Victorville expands Property Management Division

Coldwell Banker Commercial - Real Estate Solutions in Victorville announces the expansion of client services with their new Real Estate Management Services division. Joining the Coldwell Banker Commercial organization as Vice President of Management Services is Hing Belila, who brings over 20 years of real estate industry experience. As Vice President, Mrs. Belila will be responsible for managing Coldwell Banker Commercial's portfolio of retail, office and industrial/flex properties located throughout the High Desert. Belila comes to the Coldwell Banker Commercial organization from Lee & Associates where she served as Vice President, head of property management, for seven years.

In addition, Chris Lamoreaux, Chief Financial Officer of Coldwell Banker Commercial, will join the property management team. Collectively, these key staff members have more than 30 years of experience in facility management, maintenance management, project move management, lease administration, accounting and financial management, and property inspections.
