VICTORVILLE, CA  (October 26, 2009) - Today, Coldwell Banker Commercial in Victorville, an affiliate of one of the world’s largest commercial real estate brokerage franchise systems, announced the addition of Senior Sales Associate, Walt Wehrmann.  Wehrmann, a 16-year real estate veteran specializes in Retail, Office and Industrial leasing and sales.
