Sunx Energy Inc. purchased the industrial facility at 16350 Beaver Road in Adelanto, CA, for $2 million, or $93 per square foot, from AMann Properties RE LP. The buyer plans to operate a biodiesel plant on the subject property.

Built in 2007, the industrial building totals 21,500 square feet on nine acres of land. The property is located at the northwest corner of Beaver Road and Commerce Way.
